Preparation Times

Once you have placed your order and confirmed payment, we immediately begin preparing it for dispatch. We aim to complete this process within a maximum of 3 working days , Monday to Saturday.

Shipping Times

For deliveries in Italy , the package will arrive within 24-48 working hours once entrusted to the courier. Any delays or problems during delivery are to be attributed exclusively to the courier service.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard shipping : delivery within 4 working days² in addition to the day of acceptance (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
  • Express shipping : delivery in 1-4 working days² (for shipments to or from Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia ) in addition to the acceptance day (excluding Saturdays and holidays).

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping date and tracking code. Use this code to track the status of your shipment. We recommend that you also check your spam folder in case our email ends up there!

Return Policy

  • Refundable Products : You can return other products within 14 days of receiving them. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded. You can choose the shipping method you prefer, excluding cash on delivery . It will not be possible to proceed with the refund if the return package does not reach us.

Return Procedure

Make sure the products are returned in their original and unused condition . Seal the package carefully before shipping. If possible, reuse the original box or opt for plastic-free packaging materials.

Reimbursement

Once we have received the return and verified the original condition of the product, we will proceed with the refund within 48 hours . Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the case of payments by bank transfer, the cost of the transfer will be deducted from the refund, after communication to obtain your bank details.
