Ann Acid is a jewelry brand created by self-taught designer Anna Cid .
She creates contemporary pieces in metal, mainly in silver and gold, entirely handmade. Playing with minimalist shapes and contrasting textures, Anna creates surprising jewels with refined simplicity, designed for both everyday use and special occasions. She is constantly looking for clean and decisive designs, which also know how to enhance the delicate imperfections of artisanal work.
Anna crafts each piece by hand in her studio in Barcelona, occasionally collaborating with local artisans.
The creative process does not follow the frenetic pace of the fashion industry: the goal is not to chase trends, but to leave room for an organic approach to creation. New collections are launched when the moment calls for it, about once a year, but Anna also allows herself the freedom to introduce new designs or modify existing ones at any time.
The jewels are produced in small series, mainly to order, so as to avoid overproduction and waste.
Materials like silver and gold naturally tend to oxidize and change into a variety of beautiful shades. If you want your jewelry to maintain its shine, we recommend cleaning it regularly with a polishing cloth.
